HSBC rolls out single platform for business and personal banking

HSBC has introduced a new banking service dubbed HSBC Fusion, through which customers can manage both their small business and personal accounts on a single digital platform.

Being the first service of its kind from HSBC in the US, the new feature will offer a single point of access, whether in the branch, by phone or through digital banking services, giving customers greater control over their business and personal finance needs.

Pablo Sanchez, head, retail banking and wealth management, HSBC North America, says: “By integrating business banking and personal banking on a single digital platform, HSBC Fusion is our way of giving business banking customers more clarity into their finances, helping them save time and get ahead with easy access to funding, advice and opportunities.”
