UBS launches completely digital product line

Multinational investment bank and financial services company, UBS is launching its completely digital product line targeting digital-savvy younger users in Switzerland. Dubbed UBS key4, the new online platform will be integrated into the existing UBS Mobile Banking App.

Initially, UBS key4 will have a basic digital offering of a basic digital offering with a personal account, two savings accounts, a prepaid card, and mobile payment options. It will also be having a debit card, payments app Twint, and UBS KeyClub loyalty points.

“Only a seamless and integrated range of digitized banking services will meet clients’ ever-changing needs”, says Sabine Keller-Busse, president of UBS Switzerland. “That’s why we are gradually digitizing the entire offering, from simple to complex services, to make it comprehensive, consistent, and integrated.”

UBS also looks to donate to myclimate for every new client onboarding the platform. It is an effort from the company’s side to support sustainability projects in Switzerland.

More digital offerings will be gradually integrated into the UBS key4 platform to solve more complex banking issues like pension planning and investing.
