Metro Bank is making its presence known in the digital banking sector with the launch of a developer portal for FCA-registered third-parties wishing to build services on top of its APIs.
Using Google Apigee’s Edge API management platform, the portal provides developers a frictionless way to integrate with the bank, by giving access to the banks PSD2 API documentation, sample customer data, and sandbox.
